Our Story
We believe that Real Estate is a fantastic investment. Buying it is anything but fantastic. Consumers are not getting the value and transparency they deserve and for many, owning a property outright is simply unattainable. I started my career from Shivam enterprises a local developer in Feb 2006, During my tenure here i have acquired Real estate Knowledge & journey toward Marketing and sales.
- In July 2008, I Joined REBI (Real estate Bank India) as a Senior Manager Mumbai taking charge of Franchisee development across Mumbai, Nagpur, Surat, Ahmedabad. I Contributed my services for 2 Years after which i Took over a Franchisee myself becoming partner to REBI and also started my Entrepreneurial Journey.
- In 2010 i again received an opportunity to work with a developer in Nagpur where they used to sell N.A Plots and from there i received an experience & Expertise in selling N.A plots and executing sale through events & exhibitions
- In June 2011, I took a diversion to print media where i launched a Magazine "Best in the City", It was a local magazine featuring discount offers, news and current affairs of Mira-Bhayendar city.
- In Jan 2012, I started my proprietorship real estate marketing firm "SafeDeals" where i went into marketing & sales of 'A' Category developers like Lodha, Dosti, JP North etc.
- On October 2014, I started my firm KB Serve after integrating "SafeDeals" with KB Serve where my organisation reached to a height of selling good inventories of developers in Central & Western Mumbai.
